National Association of Letter Carriers Food Drive – we participate with the area postal department in a national food drive that assists area food pantries.  Community members leave non-perishable food items in their mailboxes for their mail carriers to pick up.  The United Way of Perry County coordinates volunteers to distribute the food and provides all publicity for the event.
