If you don’t have health insurance, or you must buy medicine not covered by your insurance plan, a discount card being distributed by United Way of Perry County could lower the cost of your medicine by an average 20-30%.  United Way of Perry County provides these cards in Perry and Crawford Counties to our community free-of-charge to everyone who needs one. There are no age restriction, no income restrictions, no limit on how many times you can use it and no waiting to get a card.  In fact, you can print one from our website and use it today.

The FamilyWize cards are accepted at CVS and Wal-Mart in Tell City and CVS in Crawford County.  Most pharmacies here and throughout the United States accept the FamilyWize prescription drug discount cards.  The cards will be available locally at CVS, Wal-Mart, Catholic Charities Tell City, and local food pantries.  In Crawford County, they are available at CVS and local food pantries.
